Return Policy


 Returns are accepted for 30 days after receipt of product, return shipping is to be paid by consumer. Please fill out the Return Authorization Request.

o Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating its condition. We will keep you updated as to the status of your refund. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund 2-5 business days.

Custom items are not refundable. No exceptions. If a custom product arrives damaged, please follow the instructions for our damaged policy.

 Semi-custom items are refundable (items with selected stain color and wood, but no custom engraving). Please follow the return policy above.

 After filling out the Return Authorization Request form, we will contact you within one business day to initiate your return and refund.


Damaged Policy:


 Fill out the Damaged Product Form

 Damaged product can either be:

1. Returned back to TRW (consumer pays shipping back)

2. OR picked up by UPS in the original packaging

3. OR provide the following pictures to ryan@twinriverswoodworking.com

- Picture of damage to product itself

- Pictures of the outside of the damaged box

- Picture of damaged product in original packaging with top of box open

(picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging

inside the box as was shipped)

 Once we receive the damaged product or the proper pictures, we can either send you a

replacement product or provide a refund. We will not give a refund unless the above

instructions are complete. NO EXCEPTIONS.
